"After we confirmed with LG that the parts to repair my mom's washer were covered under warranty, we contacted Kane's to facilitate the repair. I called on Monday, they ordered the parts and completed the repair on Wednesday. Louis, their tech, was prompt, polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing and finished up in 30 minutes.
Thanks to Kane, my 85-yr old mother didn't have to spend $700 on a new washer. Thank you Kane's!"

"I called Kane's after using the self clean cycle on our Kitchenaid wall oven. The office person asked several questions to identify a probable fault. In our case a thermal fuse. Two technicians were sent for the repair. They were prompt and professional. They took care to use pads to not scratch our hardwood floors. I highly recommend this company"
